The Department of Political Science commenced its functions in the same year the college was established and has since played a significant role in providing students with a deep understanding of politics, governance, and society. The department offers a wide range of courses that aim to introduce students not only to the fundamental principles of politics and governance but also to the ideologies, philosophies, and controversies related to the complexities and conflicts of human society.

Vision

The vision of the Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science program is to develop critical thinkers and informed global citizens who possess a deep understanding of political systems, governance, and the dynamics of power.
