What could be more divine than receiving education in God's own land! Village Panarasa opens the corridor to the valley of Gods, the much-famed Kullu Valley Situated at the right bank of the river Beas, 25 kilometers to the south of Kullu town and 45 kms to the north of Mandi on NH-21. Govt. College Panarsa was established in the year 2015 amid all embracing orchards, green pines and wooded environs. A hundred-year-old Govt. Senior Secondary Panarsa School is in its close vicinity with spectacular Himalayan range and the nearby legendary Parashar Lake. It is an ideal place for a higher learning educational institution. It is like a dream come true to the people of the surrounding areas to have higher education at their doorstep. At present college offers a graduate program in Arts and Commerce streams.

संस्थाएँ केवल ईंट-पत्थर से नहीं बनतीं। वे बनती हैं प्रतीक्षा से, विश्वास से और उस अथक श्रम से जो अक्सर दिखाई नहीं देता।

10 नवम्बर 2025 का दिन हमारे लिए केवल एक तारीख नहीं था। वह एक दशक लंबी प्रतीक्षा का अंत था। जब हमें सचिव शिक्षा विभाग के सहयोग से अपना नया भवन मिला, तो हमें केवल छत और दीवारें नहीं मिलीं — हमें एक उत्तर मिला।

परन्तु भवन मिल जाना मंजिल नहीं थी। वह तो एक नया प्रश्न था — अब इसे 'महाविद्यालय' कौन बनाएगा? उत्तर दिया आप सबने। हमारे शिक्षकों ने, कर्मचारियों ने, सेवादारों ने और सबसे बढ़कर आप विद्यार्थियों ने। दिन-रात एक कर के, आपने इस ढाँचे में प्राण फूँके।..........
